Key Executives

Jacques Mottard, Executive Chairman
	Jacques Mottard founded Sword in December 2000. Prior to this he was the chairman of the Metamor Group in Europe. Between 1989 and 1999, Jacques Mottard founded and developed Decan, until the friendly takeover by the Metamor group in February 1999. Previously, he had occupied the position of sales engineer at Bull, as well as regional manager for the Rhône-Alpes and then managing director at Comelog (IT services). Jacques Mottard holds degrees in both science and management (Montpellier ESTP (Grande école for public works engineering) and IAE (company administration institute)).

Françoise Fillot, Chief Financial Officer
	Before joining Sword Françoise Fillot had served as financial director of a number of organisations including 9 years as the financial director at the Decan Group. She has a degree in management / accounting. Françoise Fillot was a founding member of Sword Group and managed the IPO process.

Mike Hughes, COO Software
	Mike Hughes joined Sword Ciboodle in 1986 and is now Chief Operating Officer for the Sword Group. Since 1986 Mike has overseen the strategic shift in company focus from a local systems integrator to an international software business. As the architect of the world's first business process platform and Sword Ciboodle's first software product, Mike has been integral to the company's innovative technological achievements. Mike previously held the position of Technical Director at Energis Interactive where he successfully launched the digital television platform, Bright Blue. Mike holds a BSc Hons in Computer Science from the University of Strathclyde.
